WATER LINE BREAK

Water has been shut off on 6th Street and Laurel Street due to a water line break. The repair will take approximately 3 hours. An update will be provided as soon as possible.
Part-Time Clerk Position

The City of Dearborn is accepting resumes for a part-time clerk position. This role requires 20–24 hours per week, customer service skills, flexibility, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with QuickBooks and water billing is preferred but not required. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age and bondable. Resumes will be accepted until the position is filled. Updates to Trash Collection Service - Rate Adjustment, Cart Rental and Summer Scheduling Change

New Trash Collection Rate
Effective January 1, 2025, the monthly trash collection rate will change to $17.77. This adjustment reflects the rising costs associated with waste management and disposal. We remain committed to providing you with reliable and efficient service, and we appreciate your understanding of these necessary adjustments.
Rate Increase

Water and Sewer rate increase effective June 17, 2024. In order to keep up with the rising costs to purchase water and maintain the sewage system the Board of Alderman have approved a rate increase.
